Ingredients:

6 -8 pork chops (boneless)
3 cups dry bread cubes (bread that you like) 1 tbsp melted butter
1 sm onion (diced) 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt 1 egg
1 tsp pepper 4-6 tbsp of water
2 tbsp parsley ½ cup raisins (if wanted)
1 tbsp celery salt (if wanted)
Instructions:

Pee heat oven at 425. Toast up bread, let cool. Cut into small cubes, around a nickel size. Place in bowl. Combine onion, seasonings, then toss gently. Combine butter, juice, and raisins (if wanted.) Slowly add water and egg. Toss gently. Let sit. Spray bake pan w/cooking spray. Place pork chops in baking pan adding ½ cup of water. (do not cover pork with water, just about half way up pork chop.) Make small patties of stuffing and place on pork chops. Cover w/aluminum foil. Turn down oven to 400.
Cook at 400 for 1 hr and 15 mins. Let stand for 10 mins and enjoy…
